visa status change ready to administrative processing before interview

My wife got interview on the 8th of July, but i just check her case on CEAC the case status changed from ready to administrative processing . anyone know have any idea why is that ? normally it will happen after the interview

please let me know

I've already had my interview for two weeks ago and it still says ready. I think the ceac site isn't working properly along with the other issues they have with printing visas right now.

Id suggest just wait a few more days and look again when they have "fixed" they stupid systems :P

Yah i think so too.I just call NVC they said in there system didn't see that also shouldn't showing the Administrative processing .

this is normal for Guangzhou prior to interview day... CEAC status, that is,

as GUZ IV is actively doing stuff on her casefile.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
