Approved or not approved? That is the question

Okay so this is my first time posting on here but I got some interesting news today and I'm not sure if it means what I hope it means. Yesterday my husband and I got an email for an RFE on my 2014 tax return and W2s. We had sent them these things but I have read on here that they often misplace or don't see documents so when I got the email, I wasn't totally surprised though I was thoroughly annoyed.

Anyway, yesterday, through my lawyer I resent them what they requested along with a letter to further explain anything that may not be clear for some unknown reason. This morning however, I got an email saying that our expedite request was approved and things will be sent to the embassy. Does this mean that we are approved and done with the NVC? Also checking the NVC page does not show 3 N/As, only the ones under documentation. Thank you in advance to all advice and help I get.

Never got an answer from anyone but my lawyer said the email meant our case was complete at the NVC. I used the DHL tracking method and found 1 package that was sent to London on the 24th and is already there. I'm so happy! Hopefully we will have an email with an interview date in the next week and the interview won't be too far behind. Can't wait for this process to be done.
