Are you referring to the screen as depicted in the original post because if you are, that screenshot came from the USCIS website, and you can set up to receive SMS/email alerts as well.

You are CSC, not TSC. All K-1's are send to the Texas lockbox, but were originally transferred to either the TSC or CSC based on state residence. However, USCIS began transferring all cases to CSC during April and May.

Your profile saying TSC is incorrect and giving others behind you wrong information.

No, they are asking about NVC as they said. They used the word also so they meant in addition to what they've posted.

from reading all the forums,, it seems that NVC do not send SMS ,,, all thread, seems to stated that to call NVC,,,but i could be wrong.
