My name on the green card had been misspelt and i sent it back more a month ago. i havent heard anything yet -not even received an NOA. So i thought i would try and get the I-551 stamp in my passport. What should i do for that? Make an infopass appointment at my local office?

Visa received Sept 30, 2004

Arrive in US Dec 1, 2004

Married on Dec 30, 2004

Sent AOS, EAD and AP on March 1, 2005

Received NOA for AP, EAD and AOS on March 23, 2005

AP approved on April 25, 2005

Biometrics appointment May 11, 2005

Received EAD card May 19, 2005

September 20, 2005 case transferred to CSC

October 5, 2005 CSC starts processing case

November 21, 2005 AOS approved - welcome to america letter received

December 3, 2005 received green card!

I-751 application

October 13, 2007 mailed application (with delivery confirmation)

October 15, 2007 application received at VSC

October 22, 2007 check cashed

October 26, 2007 Received NOA1

November 5, 2007 Biometrics appointment letter received
