Hello Everyone,

I would appreciate some advice on the following regarding the AOS for my wife.

I am a US citizen but currently living/working in Europe with my wife. I have never owned a home (always rented) but still have my driver's license, US bank account and a Fidelity account. I use my mom's address for all of these things. Will this work to prove my domicile in the states?

Also I have been working in Spain for almost two years now but I have been filing US taxes. Will my 2014 tax return be enough proof that I can provide for us even though I made no money in the US? My salary was over the 120% threshold for a 2 person household Should I include my Spanish one? The company I work for has offices world wide and has informed me that I can continue to work for them once I move and will even get a raise to account for cost of living expenses so I will also have a letter from my company which I plan on submitting as well.

Due to the above issues I am considering a joint-sponsorship with my mom. Her salary is above the 3 person threshold. Would it be useful to do this?

Thanks everyone.
