Infinity maybe wed get our almost the same time since we almost got the same timeline though mine i was interviewed a lil earlier than you. and sent the 221 g earlier too.. hoping and praying.. its getting so stressful

Interview June 18....today finally went into AP after showing ready open the past 10 days. I'm hoping that since they've had our packet since April we will go to issue soon and don't need to do much research or anything since we are a pretty standard case.

yeah my thoughts too.. last night i checked my passport tracking in ustravel docs not in cgifederal and it says Passport still with the embassy or consulate.

but now

Passport Status : There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

Wife's interview was June 4th. About a week later our message changed like yours. It doesn't seem to mean anything it seems.

Just went to issued. Was in AP for less than 5 hours.

how to you check in ustravel docs i just do cgifederal and ceac dont even know i can do it in ustraveldocs

I got a text from PASSPORT around 451pm says document released for pick up/ delivery and check cgifederal and ustraveldocs says OUT For DELIVERY but cant track with with 2go using my case mnl and uid...around 148pm my status from cgifederal and ustraveldocs its in consular for delivery. Does this mean 2go is on his way for delivery?

Congratulations! As for us interview was June 10th, absolutely nothing wrong with our paperwork, was told congratulations. Its now 31 days later and still know visa in hand, ceac just says (ready) updated july1st. Visa will expire in 10 days and still have to do cfo and find a flight! She went back to the embassy a week ago but they refused to talk to her and told her she had to call. But they have removed the call option also!! lol

Both her and I have sent emails with no response from them!

Looks like they are going to let it expire.

A couple of my friends here in the states were thinking about going through this process, I told them RUN!! Run from the thought of dealing with the U.S Manila Embassy and Saint Lukes unnecessary sputum 2 month delay only to find out you don't have TB, but we used up 2 months of your time lol!

Then the incompetent embassy, get online to make your interview only to find out there are no slots and you have to wait over a month, dragging there feet issuing the visa, not taking calls, turning you away if you go there and no response to emails!

Then the thought that some of my tax dollars is most likely going here to pay somebody's salary! lol

My advice to my friends, Try a different country maybe Japan or something!

What about the other 4 months the medical was good for? Visa is good for 6 months from medical complete...

CFO can be done at the airport.

Then Saint Lukes screwed up paperwork then I don't know. Her sputum culture results were back on april 27th, they told her she had to leave the country by july 22nd. And the embassy also told her this (july 22nd) at the interview.

So it must not go by "medical complete date"

My fiancee was able to get past the sputum and schedule the second interview. She went on 25 June for it, got in , talked to both people, oath fingerprints, was told congrats. They took a few papers and her passports, the did not give her a 211g or a pamphlet. When we go to CEAC to check status, there are 2 different results:

The first says refused

the second says ready

Is the one that is refused the first interview that was cancelled because of having to do treatment? Her medical expires on 27 June so time is running short. We were able to contact the embassy and they said to wait for 2go to text her and are pretty much mum afterwards. She sees where people who have interviewed after her are getting the text to pick up their packages. She is crying and becoming distraught and I am getting frustrated and upset because she is. Do we have something to worry about or is this normal?

For sure you'll get your visa soon. I've read someone who had refused before then went to ready then issued. ?? Its says it means their processing it. So just be patient if not you can always call the embassy. Just let her cry to let go of that emotions, its normal. But always remember, GOD is good. Trust.
