hi everyone, i already submitted my financial and supporting documents 3months ago via express mail and the NVC nebraska received it already cause they sent me a confirmation letter that they received it already then this May, 2015 they let me pay my IV fee w/c is $325 online and filled up the form DS-260 through online (I petitioned my mother from the philippines) and submitted it to the NVC.. anyway, i'm just wondering cause that was May 22,2015 and till now i haven't heard from them and under my financial and supporting documents, it says N/A... do i still have to submit those papers again? (financial and supporting)...I've been calling NVC almost everyday but i can't go through, it's always answering machine..and i emailed them and it's been like 3wks already and no reply..

if you have any idea if i'm gonna send those papers again, your help would be much appreciated... thank you all and have a nice day.. ;)

It always says n/a never changes . They are back logged and haven't touched many peoples documents in May yet so keep on waiting a little bit more . And by documents I mean the ds-260 you have to add another 30 days from when you sent that in as well .

Just try to keep calling I recommend exactly when the clock hits 6:59 am their time because I always get through . But since you submitted the ds-260 on the 22nd of May give it about a month from then so maybe in the next week or so .

on the payment portal / ceac portal,

when a 'thing' says 'N/A' then that's the visual indicator for you that it's been added to the casefile.
