Thanks, in advance.

Is it when you filed your K-1, or maybe when the K-1 was approved, or something else.

Maybe NVC approval date..,,.,. Oh, well some are so forgetful.,..,..,,

There are no priority dates for I-129F petitions/K-1 visas. K-1 visas are unlimited and therefore require no priority dates. http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates

The priority date is left blank on the I-129F approval notice. If something asks for priority date for a K-1, then use the receipt date.

Hi the priority date comes from the US Embassy in your country pertaining to K1 visas that's the date your petition will expire if interview is not done

No. The petition expiration date is not a priority date. All I-129F petitions expire 4 months from approval, but can be automatically extended so the expiration date is not something that really matters all that much either. I posted a link above already that talks about what priority dates are. They do not pertain to K-1 visas, since K-1 visas are unlimited. You can also see this link > http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved.html

Number of Visas Each Year is Limited in Some Categories

United States laws limit the number of immigrant visa numbers available each year in certain visa categories. This means that even if USCIS approves an immigrant visa petition for you, you may not get an immigrant visa number immediately. In addition, U.S. law also limits the number of visas available in certain categories by country. For limited categories, the availability of immigrant visa numbers depends on the date your petition was filed. This is called your priority date.

The Priority Date is the RECEIVED date noted on the NOA1 from USCIS . For the K-1 it isn't used but the forms ask for it and won't let you leave it black, so you need a date.

Actually there is a Priority Date with the K-1, it may not be used for the K-1 visa but there is one. I got it from NVC when they emailed me the case file number.
