What is the criteria for filing for an expedited visa? How do I know if we are eligible?

And Congrats!!!

Well when you call USCIS they list you the reasons. You let them know which category you fall under. Me for example was due to my medical illness. I don't know in what stage you are in with your case, but if you are any where before your city, I would call and see.

BTW They do not tell you if you are eligible right away.
