WELL, WE ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST (FASTEST AND IF POSSIBLE LEAST COSTLY) WAY TO BRING MY HUSBANDS TWO SONS HERE FROM SAN SALVADOR. THEY ARE ADORABLE 8 AND 9 YEARS OLD, LIVING IN, UNFORTUNATELY A DANGEROUS CITY...

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS A TIME DIFFERENCE IN WETHER I, AS A U.S. CITIZEN OR MY HUSBAND, A PERMANENT RESIDENT, APPLY FOR THEM? FROM WHAT I HAVE READ IT SEEMS THEY WOULD HAVE HIGHER PRIORITY IF I PETITIONED FOR THEM? ALSO, WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE I-130'S GET APPROVED? ANY INPUT WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
