Hey Timpoong,

That message is regarding the visa printing problem, for people who are already approved for visas, both immigrant and non-immigrant. As far as I can tell, that problem has nothing to do with the CEAC website problems. The agent I spoke to this morning on the phone said that they were unrelated, though who knows.

The theory that "website problems" are a cover for an extreme backlog caused by USCIS clearing out its own backlog is as plausible as any other theory for why this is taking so long. Too bad whatever is causing the problem comes at the expense of our lives and future plans. Trying to be patient, but it's difficult. I can deal with a delay, but it's so much harder when there is no timeframe ffor a fix or cause given.

Hello all. I have three pending cases for wife and two kids. I managed to pay online for wife, one child's case is lost at NVC since march 25, and the other child I could not pay online so decided to pay by mail. They received payment fast but still cannot complete DS-260. Anyway it doesn't really matter at this time since no Visas are being issued at the State Dept due to computer issues. Good Luck!

well, it might not related but we're all going that way....all agents have different stories to tell us.... they don't even know what they are doing..... i am trying to calm down and be patient enough sigh....nothing to do right now....best of luck to all of us....

don't mail your IV fee just wait until the website is up....i got an IV Invoice for both parents not too long ago dated june 19 & 23. I have to wait as i don't want to pay it by mail and after that pay it by online. Paying by mail doesn't help us to get the DS-260 form to be filled out so it's useless...good luck to us....

Reading all your posts, we are just wondering if we are the only ones who received the welcome letter AOS fee bill and IV fee bill all together at the same time? they were all sent to our attorney ... since we've paid them all together by mail now we are just waiting to see if the site works and pay them again directly online.. this situation with NVC its getting very bizarre *sigh*

Hey all! Thanks so much for all the feedback, we really appreciate knowing that we aren't the only ones going through this very frustrating process. When we got the welcome letter , we got all of the bills at once , the aos and the iv fee for my spouse and daughter, I have read posts where people got them separately at different times, not sure why. Anyways, we decided to mail the payments in, Monday June 22nd , it was received June 23rd by nvc. Just got off the phone with them and they stated all payments reflect on our account as of June 24th, which means it only took them a day to post it to our cases. So far no luck with the site , just have to sit back and wait like the rest of you all. Good luck to everyone !
