I'm trying to call NVC at 603-334-0700 and the automated response said to call back later and it hung up. Is there another number? Just trying to check on my case

No. You just have to hit redial over and over again until it rings. Then you'll hear a message that sounds the same, but isn't . Follow the prompts and then you'll get to talk to someone.

If you get a busy message, just hang up and immediately dial again. Sometimes I had to dial 50 times within 2 minutes to get through.

No.....I'm not getting busy signal! I'm getting the automated response saying that due to hi calls I should call back later. And it hangs up.....does not give me the option to hold....
