USCIS error when I log on my online account

Hi guys, we created a uscis account 18 days ago after we recieved our noa1. Since then we were able to log on our account and check our case without any problem until today giving us this message "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT."

Does that mean they working on our case? or we're just dreaming xD? and should we contact the technical support?

Thank you :)

PS: and now it's says account locked... since we tried to log in many times..

I've had the same thing happen in the past with my I-129 petition; then one day a couple weeks ago it seems that the information was there again, only this time, they had the date wrong. The message said they had received my I-129 petition on March 25, 2015 when in fact my original paper receipt at home says they received it on March 6, 2015. I called USCIS today to ask about the discrepancy and she said they have been experiencing technical issues with their system and that when a mistake like that occurs, always go by the black and white hard copy that you've received, not what is posted on the website. So once you receive your receipt, that will be the definite date to go by. Hope this helps.
