Yeah, because NSC doesn't process applications for I-129f, and they forward all applications to CSC. We filed ours in January and already received NOA1, but no more touches since then. We're hoping to get NOA2 by this month :)

Nebraska doesn't process the applications? I'm confused, sorry, but I'm so new to this....

Nope - we learned this after sending ours out as well (to Texas.) Only California and Vermont process K1 visas. NSC and TSC forward all of ours to California. So....join us in the waiting and complaining!! Good luck on your journey. :)

hi jundp, yes as i read some of the forums in vj, i learned that nsc does not process k1 anymore..what they do is that they forward all k1 applications to csc..and that is why if you will notice, csc is so overloaded and is taking 3 to 4 months of processing compared to vsc's 3-4 weeks!! :crying:

All i129f applications sent to NSC are being forwarded to CSC. By the way, we got our NOA2 2 days ago
