Hi all this is a follow up qustion from my previous post....so I just want to confirm if filling out a new I864/A forms is acceptable. We are having trouble finding the orginal hand filled version (the one that was scanned and submitted through email around Dec 2014). I am wondering if I can just refill and type the same content from the original copy version. Ofrouce same signature and will be signed by me. The only differnce would be a typed vesion vs prior hand written. Does this matter?

new I-864 stuff is accepted by the IV unit on interview day, no problem there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
