There are people in the South who are of the opinion that "the south will rise again!" Lots take those reenactments quite seriously and the Sons Of Confederate Veterans are alive and well in the South! Told one of them that I am related to Abraham Lincoln by marriage, his response was "I'm sorry to hear that, I wouldn't say that out loud too much". hehehe - I thought that was hilarious! BTW, I really am related to Abe Lincoln by marriage
