I filed a G-325A for the I130, and it is listed again as a requirement for the 127f ....

Can I just send in a copy of the G325-A that I sent in for the I130, or do I need new signed copies? Thanks!!

7-15 Medical appointment - Docs say she has pneumonia and want to run 2 months + $2K USD of tests.

7-19 interview

7-20 informed that she has cleared medical. Documents not yet forwarded to Embassy, they will not release them to her, saying they must deliver the documents themselves. (Not true. many people had their medical papers @ the interview)

7-21 Missed flight

7-25 Docs recieved by embassy, visa all ready to go

7-27 Visa revieved

7-28 ARRIVED IN USA!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

You can't send in copies of the G-325A from your I-130. It needs original signatures on it.

my wife and I signed 4 complete sets( 16 pages each). From instructions, I understand that each page needs to be origional signiture and date. there is 4 pages to each G325-A >remember to make an exact copy of each I-130 andI-129f for future use.

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

Trust me, you DEFINITELY need a new set of G-325As for your I-129F (one set for you and one set for your spouse).

They are 2 separate petitions so you need to supply the sets of G-325As again with original signatures.

photocopied signatures will not be accepted by USCIS. You need to do a whole new set of G325As for each of you.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card
