Supervisor review not completed my case

After talked to supervisor. I called after 7 days the nvc guy told me my case is complete. After case complete i received interview letter after 7 days case complete

Hi guys,

I called NVC today and was told that my mom's case was completed on june 25 . I know it's not over yet, but i'm sure glad that it's closer to be done with NVC. I've been through a long 4 months agony, and upset. NVC IS the worst government agency i've ever dealt with. Now i'm just waiting for the interview letter. Who knows when that one will be sent. Maybe another 4 months

How can i find out that NVC has reviewed my DS-260 ?i did not get any next proceed instruction from NVC.its been more than a month i have submitted my DS-260 and now i am bit worry what to do?

how long nvc take time to review DS-260 and after approved or reviewed my DS260 am i eligible to submit my supporting document and financial support documents to the NVC and how much time nvc take to review these documents and send me the interview letter?

please explain me all time frames in these process ?? cheers

First of all if you submitted ds261 and paid aos fees you should send civil documents with financial documents as soon as possible. Next question about Ds 260 it will take 30 days to review after submission date. If again your ds 260 is not review in 30 days. You can requeat for supervisor review it takes 42 days

So your 30 days are up. You can call nvc and request for supervisor review. Supervisor review not takes exact 42 days. But you have to call nvc after 4 or 5 days and try to talk with supervisor.

but the thing is that i have paid all required fees and submitted DS261 as well long time ago but i did not send any documents to NVC yet and just waiting for DS260 to be approved then i will send all documents in a bundle to NVC,is it the correct way or not ? and do i need to submit original documents or copies and how long to go my case to be end i mean how much processing time left till interview?

Dont wait for ds260 approved just send your documents as soon as possible. You are asking question about interview once your nvc case complete. You will gey ypur interview letter after7 to 8 days after case complete date. However some people will get after 20 days case complete. You have to send documents of copies to nvc not original. You have to show original documents at your interview

tell me few more things when my DS260 will be approved and when it will be approved how can i find out that it is approved?

and now i am submitting my package to nvc and during this process my DS260 will approve or before? because now i have this this status front of my DS260 ( COMPLETED ) and also written (N/A) under affidavite of support and ( N/A ) under supporting documents. so did u get these status when u filled DS260 and then what u did after that ?

i have a question is there anyone who can answer?

actually my spouse she did not work any where so she does not have any employment history.so i just want to ask that my brother in law he is US citizen can he support me and give me affidavite of support letter and can can file his tax ??

and what forms he needs to fill (i-864 ,I-864EZ ,i-864w , I-864A) BECAUSE he is the only who can support me and don't have any joint sponsor!!
