Supervisor review not completed my case

Due to system error nvc agent cant see ds 260 in their system. Now your days are up you can request them to supervisor review. After supervisor review they will tell you to give us 42 days to review your case. But try to talk with supervisor it really helps you

it has been in supervisor review since june 09 or something. and they keep telling me the same thing...that they cannot review my ds260 bc system is down but i submitted it in april 30 so it makes no sense.

everyone has different information. how can i speak to supervisor they never connect it and its already an over hour wait to speak to the CSR

You are right brother talk with supervisor its kind a pain. But try again and again. I hope you will connect with the supervisor soon.

if systems are down then how were they able to review ur ds260 and approve the case forward? bc on ceac website mine also says "approved" but on the phone they say it still has not been reviewed.

I submitted my DS260 April 30th and got reviewed last week. This week this sent me a checklist to correct my AOS and I did the same day they sent the checklist and sent it back June 22nd and today I got this email from them. They want me to wait 30 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your documents on 22-JUN-15. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. Please allow 30 days from the date we received your mail for the NVC to review your documents. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. The NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview overseas.

on ceac website it shows submitted next to the ds 260. yes only supervisor can review your ds 260 not agent.

and how can supervisor review it , if the wesbite is totally down?

Yes sorry it says complete brother if your case not review by nvc time frame like 30 days or 60 days. Then your case moved to the supervisor review. Supervisor review only done by supervisor.

I spoke to the supervisor today and he said my case should be complete in next few days and he will moniter it closely to make sure it gets done and that i get a call in the next few days

is that what he said to you? if so, then did u get a call and after you spoke to supervisor was your case approved in few days?

Same thing he told me my case was completed in next 7 days. Yes alhumdulilah i received my interview letter last week.

and after how long is your interview scheduled? , after he spoke to you he said it and did u get a call after 7 days or email or what?

After talked to supervisor. I called after 7 days the nvc guy told me my case is complete. After case complete i received interview letter after 7 days case complete

did u get the letter in pakistan or usa?
