father i130 aproved in Mexico came to usa with tourist visa

hi everyone i need your help or you opinion or anyone who had been in this situation.

I am us citizen applied for my dad i 130, 6 months ago i got approved and now got a letter that i need to follow the process in Mexico.

My dad just came here with visa and i would like continue the process here in the united states because i am scared that he will be denied on the medic part, he looks healthy but he never been check with the doctor, you the x rays or something like that. since he is here i dont want he go back to mexico. i would like continue with the process here.

any advice that i should do. thank you in advance

Since he entered legally then he can file for adjustment of status here. Follow the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=i130guide2 (substitute "parent" for "spouse").

He will still need to have an I-693 medical exam performed in the US though; there is no way around that.
