Hi guys

I had my interview in Oct 2006 and was told my case is done and only FBi chekc is pending.

Until now I haven't heard anything.

Last Month I was again told that FBI thing is the only one pending (Thu Infopass appt.)

Why are these FBI clowns taking so long to complete this process?. They seem to have absolutely no clue in whatever they do.Or they are totally incompetent fools living off tax payers money and doing nothing.

Does anybody know what happens when one's EAD time runs out and FBI check is not complete?.

Thanks

-GenghizKhan

the time involved is due to the time it takes to receive the manual file and the time it takes to review it. if your greencard does not come by the time your EAD is 3 months to expiration, and you wish to keep working with all i's dotted and t's crossed, apply for renewal.
