I-751 Fee???

Hi! I'm filing my I-751 next year. I'm confused on the total amount I need to pay. We have a daughter who also has conditional green card. Reading from the USCIS website, it states there...

Note on Filing Fee:

Each conditional resident child listed under Part 5 of this form (Form I-751), who is a dependent seeking to remove their conditional status, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $70, regardless of age.

I know the fees are supposed to increase next year but in case if the fees are still the same when I file on March 2008...

Should I pay $550 ($275 x 2) or $345 ($275 + 70) for both of us???

Another question, do I need to fill up a separate I-751 application for our daughter? Or should I just mention her name on my I-751?

WE JUST SENT OUR JOINT I-751 TO THE TEXAS SERVICE CENTER ON FEBRUARY 6, 2007. I SENT A CHECK FOR $275 AND ONE FOR HER SON'S BIOMETRICS FEE ,$70.00. BOTH WERE CASHED AND WE RECEIVED THE RECEIPTS YESTERDAY. PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE RECEIPTS WE RECEIVED A I-797 STATING HER SON WAS EXTENDED FOR ONE YEAR AS PART OF A DEPENDANT OF THE PETITION.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILE A SEPARATE PETITION. IN PART 5 OF THE APPLICATION INCLUDES YOUR DAUGHTER. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE THE $70.00 BIOMETRICS FEE.
