I hope this is not off topic and of some help to others. With all the PDF files to fill out, it might be worth it to spend the $100 and purchase NitroPro. I have used it for a few months and find it better than Adobe Acrobat, and MUCH cheaper. You can download a FULL working copy for a 30-day free trial before you purchase it. It also does not take over many of your other appications.

Or...if you want to make PDF files for FREE the EASY and LEGAL way, you could always download the basic version of CutePDF which works great. They do have a professional version that costs money, and has more features, but if all you want to do is create PDF files, then CutePDF is the way to go!
