Wrt his visa, sure it looks sketchy to people familiar with the US process, but it really doesn't seem that sketchy to me--most, if not all, continental European countries simply don't have a visa category equivalent to the US K1 fiancee visa and it stands to reason you'd get married on a C visa if you're doing it in the country (you generally already have to be married to apply for a residence permit type of visa which is the D visa category, I believe).

Also, it doesn't seem that the Swiss consulate in Jamaica issues visas (if you go to the Swiss Foreign Affairs Dept. webpage for Jamaica and go to visas it forwards you to the embassy in Cuba) and based on the restriction on the French visa (R/CH) it seems like it's a French Schengen visa restricted for entry to Switzerland this is reinforced by the fact that the French embassy in Jamaica's visa section states: "The consular section of the embassy issues Schengen visas [...] to applicants who want to enter the Schengen space through one of the five following countries: [...] and Switzerland."

OP, please keep us posted and let us know if he contact you again. He was definitely carrying "belly" (grudge) for you. Be happy he is gone. Something tells me that he will try to enter the US when he departs Europe. He is not that smart.

I don't see why he'd leave Europe. He told me they're going to marry, so he'll apply for some sort of adjustment at that point.

His visa has been canceled and the appropriate authorities from all countries have been notified. Including the Swiss.

He did call me last night, from his bright and shiny new Swiss number. I didn't answer.

How would she contact this Swiss lady assuming she exists?

I spoke with the Swiss lady. Sent her photos, chat logs, texts, etc. Showing that he is not being honest with her about things. He was in the background saying he had broken up with me, etc. So I sent her his texts saying "I love you" from days ago.

She says she knows he's a liar but she hopes he will grow tired of lying and he will stop. She says she knows hes been cheating but hopes now that he is there he will stop. She says he knows he wanted $ and that she hopes she can show him love is not money and he will change.

She married another man when she was 19 who was only after a visa. I told her she did the exact same thing again.

It's her choice if she wants to believe anything. I did what I would have wanted someone to do for me. I can let it go now.

Why would he continue to call. Maybe he have gulit. Maybe he dont even love this swiss woman, she may just be more financial stable than you are, or she give him everything so its just vanity love for her, alot of men and women these days chose marterialistic things over love, may sound sad but its the truth. You showed him real love or else you wouldnt have gone through all these immigration process just so you both can be together. This woman dont know what she's getting into. I am sure he's not about to change, not just now and how can a woman accept this situation knowing he was playing both of you at the same time.

Another desperate woman who thinks she alone can change a man. I don't know why some women set such low standards for themselves.
