I agree he is wicked at best. However I don't get why this god put him in her life to begin with?

Eh, I'm not overly religious but I think that you can look at things like....you never know what else may have happened. Maybe if she never met him, he'd be fishing around for a US visa until he successfully got in, and then...domino effect. Maybe he could have done some serious damage to folks here. Maybe she's the one who met him because she's the one to stop him, preventing whatever psychopathic stuff he'd get up to. So he's not in her life for a good reason for HER but her being in HIS life---she's stopping him in his tracks.

I'm so happy your attorney is quick to notify all the right people. So basically he used the visa you got him to aide him in getting a visitors visa to Switzerland...or Europe where ever! Unbelievable!!! Praise God he was stupid enough to send you all the details and pics! Now you can make sure that visa is null and void. I hope it gets him in trouble in Europe as he deserves it.

Wow! Your story is so sad and I feel for you. I read through all the suggestions and I agree with everyone telling you the proper authorities to inform and so glad your lawyer is on top of it. I really hope he gets what is coming to him and gets sent back to Jamaica and never be given the oppurtunity to leave again. He is a wicked person and I hope karma comes knocking on his door really soon!!

Please excuse my poor writing; I’m not thinking all that clearly right now.

My Fiance was due to arrive in the U.S. tomorrow. Today when I tried to call him his phone went straight to VM all day. I contacted his sister and she informed me that he had left the country yesterday and was in Switzerland.

Apparently he has been involved with another woman for most of our relationship. He was having both of us file visa paperwork for him concurrently. He called me this evening and sent photos of the two of them, her engagement ring, his Swiss visa, etc. Based on what he told me he became involved with her approx two weeks after we were engaged. That means he was with her even before I filed our I-129f.

I also found out she was in JA visiting him two weeks after I was there to see him. He swears she knows all about me and is completely OK with everything. That she knows I was there visiting right before she arrived and that I had also petitioned for him.

I’m reeling and trying to shift gears from thinking he would be here in fewer than 24 hours. I know this is not a unique story but it’s not making any of this hurt less. My heart is broken and I’m at a complete loss.

I guess I’ve become just another Jamaican statistic.

I just received a phone call from a Polish girl who has been with him for the last three years. The house he was building is actually hers. His car is hers, etc. Her visa application for him was denied...then he met me. From what I gathered from her there is Swedish girl as well.

Polish girl knows Swiss girl's phone # and forwarded it to me. I guess she got all of our numbers from Skype (he gave her his password) Idiot.

Please do not let this girl know what you're about to. Just tell her you're letting go and call it your lost. You may never know who's who and trying to know if u are canceling his visa or not. Just try get every information you possible can to show that he's a fraud.

First I'm sorry for what you have to go through, and trust me he doesn't deserve a good person like you. You should be happy that you at least found out this before he came, and you should be happy that he didn't use you to get a green card yet. Here is what you have to do:

Call embassy ASAP there is an emergency line for US citizens and I think this case should be an emergency. Cancel his visa and let them know what happeneed and show them the pictures he sent you to make your case stronger. Show them his pictures as well.

Call CBP or USCIS and let them know his full name, case number and all of that info and let them know what happened. They should put his name on a list if he tries to cross his name will pop up and all of that stuff will come with it. They should be able to send him back if they have all the info in a good period of time.

Again I'm sorry for what you are going through and you should go and party that you knew about that before he lived with you and completed his lies.
