still hanging in there...congrats on your issued visa. if you don't mind me asking when your interview was? then I can take comfort in knowing mine might be issued next week at some point.

One parent changed to issue and other status updates as well this morning, still says ready, parents interview was June 9 and had to send a document which was sent right away.

To answer the question someone had above about how long it takes... It absolutely depends on your consulate. After your status is 'issued', that means it's in the hands of your consulate and how much time it will take is all on them. For us, we were told it would be printed tomorrow and mailed the same day. Then it takes a day to get to our requested location. Hopefully everyone has their visas in their hand in time for the 4th of July! We want to spend it together, so we're hoping!! :)

Thank you zirq!

Though there is this below my "issued" status and I'm not sure what it means because I was told at my interview that I was approved already... :-s

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. As the officer told you in the interview, if further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved when administrative processing is finished, you will receive notification to collect the passport with the visa from the Loomis branch you selected when you booked your appointment.

I believe it says this under everyone's "Issued" status, as I've seen other people's screenshots, so I wouldn't worry. Congrats!
