Hi Gang,

Do we have a AOS couples Question list somewhere on this forum that I've overlooked. If not could we possibly start one. Hubby and I are curious what sort of things we may be asked at the Adjustment of Status Interview here in CA. The sort of Questions I've read up on may have changed as it's been about a year since I've digged up possible questions. Can you guys throw down things that you were asked maybe or what you've heard can/has been asked. Does it differ for case and where your interview is?

Thanks in advance

Fiona and Andrew

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything

Take a look at this:

For my own interview, I was mainly asked about my in-laws. My wife (the USC) was asked about my parents. Other than that most of the questions involved confirming information I'd given on forms. All simple stuff really.

Hi Fiona and Andrew

Funny, I was thinking about you two yesterday.

Our interview involved very few questions and all of them were asked to John, not me. She asked how we met - he told her and said that he fell in love with me right from the start at which I blushed which probably got us extra points; she also asked if he'd met my parents, what their names were, when and where I was born - very basic stuff.

My job was finding all the paperwork she asked for. She asked to see original birth certificates and marriage certificate, my SSN card and our wedding album which she looked through but didn't ask anything about although we pointed out a couple of people to her e.g. the flowergirls and how one was my niece and the other was John's.

They have all the paperwork already. I think at this stage it's more about seeing you interacting like a real couple, making little jokes, interrupting each other when telling a story etc. So if you just be yourselves, Im sure it'll be absolutely fine.

We had our interview in Kansas City last week. Here's the post about it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry729656

Basically they reviewed our biographical data, asked how we met, and not much more than that! Hope that helps! :) Good luck!
