Hi,

i need more info and advice please, from anyone who can..

my hubby is GC holder since 2006, but on dec 2009 he had to back home country for urgent family situation for more than 1 year. at that time he didn't know that his GC will be reset, but he has travel document & reentry permit, so that on feb 2011 he was able to came back to USA safely. since then he stayed and work here in US soil.

my question is.., since his GC got Reset for 4 year something months..(we forgot) and on this august 2015 his GC will expired.

will he eligible to apply for citizenship? if yes, when is the best time we should send the documents? how do i do that?

Please please give my advice and suggestion or information, so we can get through this process.

thanks soooo much for your help..

4 years 1 day. You have to submit it with mail, there is no online option for N400.

I would send the documents with your n-400 application by overnight express by the post office. This way they would get your n-400 application and your documents the next day. If you can afford it, I would send it overnight express.
