I got pregnant in Nov of 2006 just a few months ago. We decided I should come back to the USA for the pregnancy. I miscarried a month later.

We want to have a baby. I am 41 and time is running out. It will be okay if nothing happens as we both have children. THe pregnancy was unexpected and before that we had decided we didnt want any more. How things change huh?

I am going back in June and hope it will work this next time! If not, we wait till he is here!

I have used many things as I usually I do not ovulate on my own.

My favorite site is http://p223.ezboard.com/bconceptionstore

I am reading all the wonderful stories here and also fee for the couples who are trying and having difficulty.

All I can offer as a male and a father of 2 is that it will happen when it is time,

My wife and I tried for our daughter and on our first attempts were successful, then my wife decided to go on the patch after our daughter just because we were not ready for a second child yet.

Well 14 month after our daughter was born my wife got pregnant! :?

Her preganancies were very tough the 1st trimester non stop morning sickness, she was on Iv's and lost over 22 lbs the first trimester with both pregnancies.

I hope all those here expecting have a beautiful pregnancy and those trying best of louck and i will keep you all in my daily thoughts.

in light of all the everyday stress of the Visa / immigration process it is nice to enjoy the beauty of ne wlife and couples who come together to create life long happiness building a new family.

Warmly,

Addie, Ako, Airilei & Aiden

I tried using the "fern" things but all I could see was dots lol. The strips were ok but becasue i have/had (God knows what my body is up to at nearly 41) PCOS a few years ago it always turned blue becusesue it was testing for LH (high in women with PCOS). I actually found printing off a chart from the internet and the use of a normal thermometer best. Just a pain as you have to take it before getting out of bed each morning- but it did work.

I actually take a femal complex with agnus castus (chaste tree berry ) which has made me more regular than I have ever been in my life or its it the perimenopause?????? Hormones huh!!!

Best of luck to those ttc. For some it will be easy but for others like me it can be stressful and may take a while. For the latter here's a big hug

Shona

Hi , I'm just curious. What are your ages of those of you TTC.?

I had trouble trying to conceive my second child child -took 3 years then 6 months of clomid. My first came along unexpectedly because I was given clomid to restart my periods after not having any for four years !! Got pregnant the first month.

If I decide to have more children-depending on my situation here I think I'm probably too old that's why I was curious about ages.

Shona

Shona, I just had my daughter in August at the age of 40 (conceived while 39)

After reading tons of stuff about how your fertility drops after 35 years old, we were pretty surpirsed when I got pregnant the first month!!

Good luck to all.......

Not the boundaries drawn on maps,

With the names of powerful men.

That's all I've wanted -

To walk in such a place with you,

On an earth without maps."
