AOS after visa expired

I got my visa and I am in USA now. So far after getting through costumes it has been wonderful time for both of us, almost 4 month. VJ is great recourse and herein VJ are great people and it helped a lot in our visa process, so, thanks to you all.

But after this entire visa frustrating we sort of didn’t want to think about paperwork’s again and we are delayed.

So, my visa expired in February 5, but we can’t send any papers yet, because his taxes are not done yet.

How does it change my situation that I did not apply for AOS during 90 days and now my visa is expired? Do I do the same as it says in guide?

So far as I read I have few questions:

Does G-325a need to fill both of us?

Where I can find samples of cover letter?

How can I have I-94, if in costumes in NY they took it away?

What about this I-693 medical examination. I had already during visa process, but embassy kept this all?

No, Just the immigrant.

Just use the I-129 cover letter sample under example forms.

they took it away only when you leave the country. Did you leave the country? If not, you should have it in your passport. If you still have no I-94, I have no idea where you can get it.

What about this I-693 medical examination. I had already during visa process, but embassy kept this all?

Do you have your Lativa vaccination record? Go to see a Civil Surgeon and they can transfer the data to a I693a form for 25 bucks or less.

Oh yes, I have part of I-94 in my passport, its stapled and sticked in. Should I pull this out?

Well, I have all my vaccinations done before I left, is this should be enough with this?

NO DO NOT PULL IT OUT!! When you leave the country, Immigration/Customs or somebody at the airport will take this out. All you have to do is place it on the photocopier as is and photocopy it [both sides of the I-94]. As far as your Vacinations--if you don't have a copy of the Vaccine record, the Dr can take a blood sample to test for the vaccines you were supposed to have. Or you can contact the Dr you saw in your country and see if they woule be willing to fax you a copy of the Vaccination Record from there so it would be a simple matter of transferring all of that info to the Vaccination Supplement Form.
