Getting error message on CEAC website

hey guys, when I sign in to the CEAC web page, I'm getting the following error? or what is it exactly?

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

It depends on when your case was assigned. Mine was May 7 and showed that message until June 1 when the ds-261 was opened. It means they are inputting your info into the system.

I have already submitted ds-261 and mailed all the AOS package and supporting IV documents few days ago. I'm waiting to pay for ds-260 and fill it out, I wonder why I don't have access to my case anymore?

I think it just means they're inputting data and the message shows up as a default. When did you submit the 261?

• Note: if you're getting an error message ("Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time…" or "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted…" or "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."), do NOT panic. This is actually good news! If you just got your case number, then this message means NVC is inputting your case in their system. If you get this message a few days after case number generation, then it's a good possibility that NVC is invoicing your AOS bill. And if this message appears a few days after DS-261 acceptance, then there's a good chance the IV bill is being invoiced.

I see, thank for the info - I paid AOS fees and submitted ds-261 on May 30 and it was shown as paid until now, I'm just waiting to fill out the ds-260 form and paid IV fees, lets hope as you said, they are inputting data and updating my case, for soon to be open and accessible.

Yep, I'm waiting for the same, but I completed ds-261 on the 1st of june. I'm not as in much of a hurry as others, so I'm not calling to have it reviewed over the phone. However, it would still be nice if they review it in less than the 30 days they say it would take!

Have you mailed over the AOS - IV packages to NVC? I sent everything over and they got the packages yesterday, while they are reviewing my case

No, we haven't yet. My parents are my husband's joint sponsors, and I need their tax transcripts (IRS download transcript system is down after a massive hack) and original signatures for the I864...but I live in Chile. So, we're having someone bring the documents down to Chile when they visit in July, because Chile's mail system is horrible. It's silly...my parents need to send me documents from the USA to Chile so I can mail them back to the USA. It's the US government, we all know they can find out whatever they want about their citizens...why we are unable to simply upload these documents to the CEAC website?? It's 2015, I thought we'd all having flying cars and teleportation by now.

You right about the flying cars and teleportation by now loool - I was lucky I got my tax transcripts before the IRS transcript portal is down and I mailed everything in one day, I agree with you, does not make sense to mail a document and then you mail it back blah blah blah, I have done that as well, but it is what it is - lets hope your case will be flying out of NVC as complete and you get your interview and visa very soon then you'll fly over here lol
