I am filing in the affidavit of support for my parents, for I-134 and i am not sure what to put on qn. 11. It says

"I intend, do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons named in item 3".

My parents intend to live with me when they come here, what should i put for this qn then?

Do not fill that in. If you do you will have to provide proof of the payments. I would leave it blank.

Are you wanting them to visit on a tourist visa, or immigrate on family visas? If the latter, I am pretty sure you need the I-864.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Ok, I am glad i asked then.

I am at the point where i have to pay a $120 online fee and send in more documents and under 'financial documents', all they say is 'Affidavit of Support'. They are not really clear if I-864 or I-134.

my husband want to apply a tourist visa for my mother who is his mother-in-law, does he need to fill the I-134 to ask my mom take interview, it will be in China embassy.

he cannot apply for her, he can fill out the form if she doesn't know how to do it, but she will have her interview and have to prove strong ties to her country

she will have to convince the immigration officer that she has no intent to stay her and why must she return

your husband doesn't need to do or send anything
