May 5th received my receipt

May 29 Biometric appointment (San Francisco)

Jun 12 2nd biometric walk-in (San Francisco)

Jul 13 Approved EAD

Jul 14 Approved AP

Jul 18 received approval notice EAD

Jul 22 mail my new card

Sent from NBC.

Hopefully soon u should get an update on your case.

Thanks! TSC is too slow.

I am going to call tomorrow...hopefully will get some insight

Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

YAY! Today I got another online update.

July 23rd my EAD/AP card was picked up by USPS in San Francisco and I will received my card on July 24th. Got a USPS tracking number also.

No further update here, my USCIS still currently says response to RFE received and we'll begin working on your case again.

11/07/2017 - Mailed I-751 to CSC

11/13/2017 - I-751 delivered to CSC

11/13/2017 - NOA1 Date

11/17/2017 - Received NOA Letter

11/17/2017 - Date of Biometrics Letter

11/24/2017 - Biometrics Letter received

12/08/2017 - Biometrics Appointment Date

08/16/2018 - 18 month extension letter received (dated 08/11/2018)

02/12/2019 - New Card is being Produced

02/22/2019 - 10 Year Green Card received

Do you guys think that we can expect the Greencard by the end of September?

Hey everyone!!

So excited I just checked my online status and my EAD/AP have been approved on 07/24 and being produced now. I am still waiting for the interview date though, anybody got one yet?

Do you guys think that we can expect the Greencard by the end of September?

oh and I forgot to ask, about the interview, is there anything/anyone I can contact about that? My husband is a pilot and he works on a week on/week off basis, which means he's gone for a full week at a time. It will be very difficult for him to take the day off if the interview date falls on one of those days. Is there anything I can do about it? or do they not care?

You have 50-50 odds on your interview being on the week your husband is at home. But if you reschedule, USCIS is going to randomly select another date 2-3 months later, which again has a 50-50 chance. Unless you want to delay your process further you might have to try to figure out a way to attend the interview and get it over with. But again, you might want to consult an attorney or at least post in other threads where experienced VJers can comment on.
