New Card Is Being Produced

On July 21, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

May 20, 2015 (Day 15) - Received NOA hard copies in mail (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
May 22, 2015 (Day 17) - Biometrics appointment received - June 5th
May 28, 2015 (Day 23) - Walk-in Biometrics appointment complete
July 4th 2015 (Day 60) - Online I-485 status updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Schedule For An Interview"

Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

I just checked again and the EAD status has changed to:

Case Was Approved

On July 21, 2015, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSC1591105003. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Is this common? What does this mean?

Hm not sure...mine is still at Card is Being Produced / Case Approved

5/4/15 - AOS, EAD, AP forms submitted
5/7/15 - AOS, EAD, AP received
5/15/15 - Notice date for AOS, EAD, AP (don't think this really matters)
6/13/15 - Received notice to do Fingerprints
6/30/15 - Fingerprints done
7/17/15 - EAD/AP approved
7/27/15 - EAD/AP Combo card shipped
7/27/15 - AOS status is now Card in Production

05/08/2015 - Acknowledgment of receipt of applications


05/16/2015 - Received invitation for bio-metric


06/01/2015 - Spouse (principal) and I (dependent) did our bio-metric


06/11/2015 - EAD/AP of dependent approved


06/15/2015 - EAD/AP of dependent approval received


06/18/2015 - EAD/AP Card of dependent received


07/14/2015 - EAD/AP of spouse approved


07/17/2015 - EAD/AP of spouse received, waiting for the card now and interview date.


07/22/2015 - EAD/AP card of spouse received, now waiting for interview.

I got approved online for EAD/AP on July 13th and I received my approval notice on July 18th. I didn't get an update online if they order my card. Hopefully I should get my card by the end of the week.

Finally got approved for my AP/EAD combo card! I checked this morning at 8am to see no update, but checked again at lunch and there it was! :)

Now I can make some late summer vacation plans...

I got approved online for EAD/AP on July 13th and I received my approval notice on July 18th. I didn't get an update online if they order my card. Hopefully I should get my card by the end of the week.

I think most of us are family based. But yea if its past 75 days you can open a "service request" online or over phone.

I think you should seek your Attorney's advice if you use one, otherwise contact them.

It it helps, my 765 is employment based but I'm at NSC..

It it helps, my 765 is employment based but I'm at NSC..

May 5th received my receipt

May 29 Biometric appointment (San Francisco)

Jun 12 2nd biometric walk-in (San Francisco)

Jul 13 Approved EAD

Jul 14 Approved AP

Jul 18 received approval notice EAD

Jul 22 mail my new card

Sent from NBC.

Hopefully soon u should get an update on your case.
