Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

Hey all, will update my timeline on profile at some point.

AOS receipt date was 5/7, notice date 5/15.

Fingerprints done on 6/30.

No word of EAD/AP yet, case status still says "we received it" on 5/7. Hoping to get EAD/AP soon, would like to visit Canada before August ends...

5/4/15 - AOS, EAD, AP forms submitted
5/7/15 - AOS, EAD, AP received
5/15/15 - Notice date for AOS, EAD, AP (don't think this really matters)
6/13/15 - Received notice to do Fingerprints
6/30/15 - Fingerprints done
7/17/15 - EAD/AP approved
7/27/15 - EAD/AP Combo card shipped
7/27/15 - AOS status is now Card in Production

Got my 2nd update on July 14th approved AP. hopefully by next week I should get my EAD/AP card. I will keep you guys posted.

Congrats on the EAD/AP. If you applied on May 1st and got it now, we all should be getting ours in a week or so I hope.

May 8, 2015 (Day 3) - Package delivered and signed for
May 13, 2015 (Day 8) - Checks Cleared Bank
May 20, 2015 (Day 15) - Received NOA hard copies in mail (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
May 22, 2015 (Day 17) - Biometrics appointment received - June 5th
May 28, 2015 (Day 23) - Walk-in Biometrics appointment complete
July 4th 2015 (Day 60) - Online I-485 status updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Schedule For An Interview"
July 21st 2015 (Day 77) - Online status update: EAD Being Produced / AP Approved

Did my bio appt on May 29th and had to do a 2nd bio walkin on June 12 in San Francisco.

On July 13 and 14th got approved for EAD/AP.

OMG I can't believe they made you do the biometrics

twice.

I know right. Wasn't able to read my fingerprints and I have to wait 2 weeks to get my 2nd notices and did my walkin the same day I receive it.

I just called USCIS and asked to speak with an immigration officer, the agent transferred me after answering some questions. I was placed in queue for a call back. The immigration officer called me back and I was told that my I485 is ready to be schedule for interview. I have received no updates via text/email or website. I want to get excited but....heck who am I kidding! I am SUPER excited. My question is, has this happened to anyone where no updates at all but the immigration officer (tier 2 agent) advised of the update?



Will I receive a letter that they will be scheduling my interview?

How did you get them to transfer to Tier 2?

I told them I have a technical issue and would prefer speaking with a tier 2 officer because they have the most updated information. (I said it very nicely and concerned). The agent was very friendly and transferred me
