Hi there! my son's case was updated today and It says it's ready for an interview, but mine hasn't changed yet and we are adjusting together through my husband, just wondering If we'll have the same date for the interview, he's 8 years old :rolleyes:

06/01/15 NOA's hardcopies

06/06/15 Bios notice,appt. scheduled 06/19

06/19/15 Biometrics done

07/28/15 EAD Approved!

08/01/15 EAD Approval letter

08/06/15 Interview letter,scheduled 09/17!!!

08/10/15 EAD card received

09/17/15 Interview: RFE for I130, I-485 pending

09/28/15 RFE response sent to local office

11/02/15 text msg and email: I-130 and I-485 Approved!

11/06/15 Green card in hand

11/09/15 received Welcome letter and approval notice

Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

wow....not sure if not many May filers post their timeline here or it's just that not many people applied in May. If it's the latter, your AOS might be approved fast :thumbs:

The other thread is AOS from family visas (for example K1), this thread is for AOS from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas. They have slightly different timelines cause K1 AOS applicants can get their interviews waived.

I didn't realize this thread was only for work/student visas. I guess I am in the wrong place.

Hi everyone, hows everybody doing? any progress? I saw late may filers and june filers are getting ready to be scheduled for the interview. and I'm still waiting for any notices after my biometrics more than a month ago...

By the way, K1 and other family based visa holders, you have a separate thread in the forum for your processing times, which differ from ours!

Nothing yet for me. I'm planning to call USCIS next week for a service request for my EAD.

Also, I'm in NYC so I'm expecting a long wait for my interview date lol. What about you?

I'm new to this also. I file in May 1st receive my receipt for I765, I131 and I485 on May 5th. Did my bio on May 29 then I had to do a 2nd bio walkin at Sf on June 12th coz my 1st was not able to read my fingerprints. July 13th at 1:30pm got an update email saying name change for I765 and I131, the same day at 6:30pm I got a 2nd update saying my I765 was approved. I'm in SF.

Hola , i filed in may as well...docs accepted on may 22..... Biometrics done june 17....case to be scheduled for interview updated july 7.....anxious n checking case status daily... Hope to get ead very soon
