I haven't been on here in a while! Congrats everyone who got approvals and interviews. I do not know what is going on with my case. I sent in a service request to change my address on August 26, it was assigned to an officer and still nothing has been updated. I called immigration they submitted a second service request on September 3 and it was expedited. It got assigned again to an officer the same day. They changed my partners address (I-130 form) also got the letter in the mail last week BUT mine is still stuck that I live in NY....

I had no clue they would take nearly one month to UPDATE an address on my file (like really??? :sleepy:).

I haven't tried but a lot of people couldn't talk to tier 2 bc they refused to transfer. maybe I should try. they said they received my rfe response on july 10 and then shortly after that day I got my ead card. but there has been nothing since then.

yes I think you should, so you can know what's happening with your case, did you get any response after the RFE was sent?

I had my interview today and was approved on the spot! but... the officer didn't stamp my passport because he made a RFE, and the only problem was my husband's birth certificate, we had the short version and the officer wanted the long version, he gave us a month to send the birth certificate so he can approve the case, the interview was very short and easy, lasted less than 20 minutes but the officer was rude and serious all the time, he asked my husband most of the questions, all the basic questions in the forms and only asked me my basic information like name and address and the Have you ever...questions, he also asked for all the joint documents and evidence and didn't even looked at all the photos we had! he didn't interview my son because he's 9 years old and said that was not necessary, explained the removal of conditions, walked us to the elevator and that was it! :)

I have never changed my last name and had no problem, any bills are good, If your husband can add you to his bank account would be great! or If you can change one of the utility bills to your name, a plus, I took to the interview: lease agreement with both of our names. bank account statements (last 4 months),utility bills( 1 with my name and the others with husband's name) affidavit letters from my neighbor, friends and some of his family, a letter from our church,2014 income taxes, pictures and cards with our names

also If you have gym membership,a credit card, auto or life insurance or anything jointly will help a lot!
