Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

I walked in one week earlier. Most of April filers seem to have gotten their EAD, interview letter & AP within this month. Im thinking July is when we May folks will get some news.

I can't wait to hear from them. I have booked a trip abroad and I need my AP before 22nd August. But looking at feb, mar, apr threads I have some hope. Fingers crossed!

My USCIS still hasn't updated for us, still showing as received despite receiving the NOA's, completing biometrics and receiving/responding to an RFE.

We sent the e-notification form in with our original documents but we have had no texts or emails either other than the initial receipt ones. It really doesn't help the worry.

Timeline:

April 27th - Got married

May 13th - Sent packet to USCIS

May 18th - USCIS received packet

May 23rd - NOA's issued

June 11th - Biometrics appointment completed

June 22nd - Delivered to USCIS

Hi Michelle, are you applying for AOS from K1? If so, you might qualify for visa waiver and your timeline maybe a bit different than ours.

I'm sorry I said visa waiver, I meant interview waiver. You indeed have to file for an AOS and its good you did that.

Hey all! I just came back from my mini 4th of July vacation and checked the online status. My i-485 status has been updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview".

Hopefully I get my EAD/AP and the interview date soon.

Oh my gosh, I am so glad I saw your post as I checked the online status and it has finally updated after weeks of just saying "we have received your application'

The i-485 one now says "On June 24, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485" etc.

I'm so scared of getting a denial as they wanted tax returns for the I-864 but my husband has tax exempt payments so we have sent them proof of that and bank statements (just hope they read the letter we sent with it explaining everything)

I've been so stressed and anxious about the lack of updates, feel kind of relieved now. I don't tend to have the best luck and things usually go wrong for me, so I'm sat here expecting the worst.

I guess I should include my timeline:

I mailed my package on May 10th

Fingerprint fee accepted May 13th

NOA1 dated May 14th

Biometrics appointment was June 8

Nothing new since.
