It says case approved online. According to tier2 it has been sent to the printer from July 29 but hasnt been printed yet bcuz they are changing over system bla bla bla lol.

Hi Everyone, I received my EAD card yesterday and went to the SSA office right away and they told me they need to check all the information with uscis and If everything is correct they will send me the ssn card in 1 to 3 weeks

for all of you waiting hope you receive your EAD cards soon!!! I got my card 9 days after the approval letter was received and 2 weeks after the case was approved, just wanted to share in case that helps

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! So I just called and spoke with tier 2, after a nice discussion...I think I got the best immigration officer in all my calls to USCIS. She told me the same story about the system change bla bla bla. Anyways we chatted and we started laughing, the conversation was real good. She basically TRANSFERED me to her manager!!! YES I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT MYSELF!!!!!!! I ended up speaking with the tier 2 manager and she told me she would check into my case and I swear as soon as I hang up I got this email.

On August 11, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by September 10, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I DID LOL!!! She said "you live in a big city, we have tons of applications from NY (lol). You are looking at about 4 months for an interview date". She did state I might be lucky to get a date sooner...fingers crossed! We even talked about her dog LOL, thats how great the conversation went! I wish she would just approve my I-485, now that would really make my day (wishful thinking).

I think she was qouting information off their website for processing times. Ive been waiting to be schedule for an interview since June and still no dates are available

4 months isn't bad, that'll be around Thanksgiving, Christmas. If so, It'll be a wonderful holiday season.

Hi Neighbor! If she said 4 months to get an interview date, that is not too far from now. September will be your 4th month from the date they received your AOS application right?

I finally received my SSN on Monday and yesterday I applied for my California ID.

­Those Customer Service Reps are so effing out of their heads, do they get bonuses for not transfering people's call to Tier 2 Customer Service Reps, gosh, call yesterday and today again but she keeps saying they are not printing ead cards for 30 to 60 days, that it's a new system put in place, also that teir 2 reps are going to tell me the same thing.

I hope it's true that Avania's update are real and do this updates and service request do prompt a different action that goes against or behind policies put in place, or perhaps does ###### policies they claim did change is just a giant bogus lie.
