So being the impatient person I am (lol), I called USCIS and spoke with a tier 2 officer. He told me that they are going through a system transition with the printing of EAD cards and how they are mailed out. He said because of the change, the EAD are taking longer than normal to be printed... :protest:

21 May 2015 -- Mailed I-485 with EAD & AP to Chicago, IL
22 May 2015 -- Delivered to Chicago Lockbox
27 May 2015 -- NOA1 Notification via text/e-mail (transferred MSC)
05 June 2015 --Biometrics Appointment letter (appt June 15, 2015)
15 June 2015 --Successful Biometrics Walk In - Completed
22 June 2015 -- Case is Ready to be schedule for an interview
29 July 2015 -- Text/Email EAD/Travel Doc Approved 
11 Aug 2015 -- Card Mailed EAD/AP
13 Aug 2015 -- EAD/AP received

20 Aug 2015 -- Lazy agent did not submit application on Aug 13 reapplied SSN

Another May filer here too We filed mid May and did biometrics on 11th June. Received RFE a couple of days later so just dealing with that. We've had no case update though on the MyUSCIS website,

Oh NOOO, they didn't! How dare they make the wait longer! Like we aren't tortured enough with the current wait time for the whole process :ranting:

Did they tell you how much longer it will take to be printed out?

I know right! urrggh!!! He could not provide me when it would be mailed. He was just giving me the standard on paper wait time of 30 days. There are people who got approved July 25 and still waiting as well...

I know right! urrggh!!! He could not provide me when it would be mailed. He was just giving me the standard on paper wait time of 30 days. There are people who got approved July 25 and still waiting as well...

That's no good. Lucky I got approved before July 25 and I received my EAD/AP Card on da July 24. Hopefully you will get yours very soon.

#######? Why can't they keep both the processes going and not delay EAD/AP past 90 days. Delaying after approving the card puts you in a limbo where you can't call and put in a service request.
