When Should I File I-751 with baby due within 90 day filing period

I assume this has been discussed before but I could not find a previous topic whilst searching Visajourney.

I know that it is prudent to file the I-751 early on within the 90 day period, but seeing that the 1st document listed for Evidence of Relationship is:

1. Birth Certificate(s) of child(ren) born to the marriage

Should I wait for our child to be born which the expected delivery date is 37 days before the expiry date of the 90 day filing period, or should I send I-751 in before the child is born?

No. I would not wait to mail the application. No single piece of evidence is needed, even the one listed first.

the deadline for our i-751 to file is 08/05/2015 our new baby due date is 07/24/2015.

we already sent the application and we don't have to wait till the baby born, to show more evidence.

even i did not send a letters from friends to support our marriage.

so its up to you now,

I would send it earlier and then if they RFE you, you have a birth certificate. Our kiddo was born a few weeks before the ROC was approved, but obviously we had enough other evidence.

Think about it this way - lots of couples don't or can't have kids and they are approved without an issue.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
