Packet 3 sending by email - Montreal

Hi,

I was wondering if I was understanding the Packet 3 step correctly.

I read that I don't have to physically received the Packet 3 Letter before sending the documents.

On the Montreal Embassy website, packet 3 needs to be send by email. (http://photos.state.gov/libraries/canada/303578/montreal/Packet3-K1-MTL.pdf)

Is that correct ? I haven't read anything about sending through email, only by mail.

Also, seems that the only things I need to send are :

1 - DS-160 confirmation receipt.

2 - Scan of the checklist signed and dated (not the actual documents listed on the page)

3 - Color-scanned copy of biographic data page of the passport

Meaning the infos on that post need to be updated !

Can someone confirm please!

AOS NOA letter : 2016-01-05
Biometrics letter : 2016-01-20

Biometrics walk-in : 2016-01-11 (no problem, around 2pm)

I-485, online case : Ready for interview 2016-02-03

Interview set on USCIS website : 2016-02-12

Interview hardcopy mail : 2016-02-13

INTERVIEW : 2016-03-14

EAD received : 2016-03-17

Green card in hand : 2016-03-24

Download and print the checklist, sign and date it..

Print DS160 confirmation page

Passport biographic page

Scan them all and email at

Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov

I have my interview July 22nd !!!!
