So that means that she's not actually black, right?

You might be on to something. Being intelligent does seem to disqualify you...

Or, to be fair if the people there didn't start hurling racial slurs, then maybe there wouldn't have been an incident as well.

I think the reason the DJ isn't being charged is because his actions didn't cause the disturbance. Like it's been said here, folks have gate crashed parties before and it didn't result in mayhem. The attitudes and comments led to this, and I'm not even sure if a "disturbance" outside of the two women fighting even happened. To date, there hasn't been a single video or account of the assaults or throwing bottles or even smoking weed. And what's worse, the white kids at the party are the ones saying it was based on racism, not being delinquent kids. Because I'm pretty sure if a bunch of white kids did the same thing, I don't think there would have been a problem.

Like I said before, if this was a private function and they wanted them gone, it could have been done without the racial contempt.

Would those people that had racial slurs hurled at them have been at the party if it wasn't for the DJ calling them there?

Not trying to beat a dead horse, just saying that this could have been avoided if it was handled with class instead of crass. If I had a party and a bunch of kids that were a different color show up and it was a space or food issue, I'd have them escorted out. There's zero reason to talk about where they live or what color they are.

No DJ, no incident to handle.

So it all boils down to some white person made a bad comment and it's all their fault.. Not surprised. It seems that no matter how bad someone of color acts or, what they do, up to trying to kill a cop, you always find a way when the facts finally come out t still blame it on racism

Would those people that had racial slurs hurled at them have been at the party if it wasn't for the DJ calling them there?

Me thinks you got DJ envy

The lady who started the fight was the one yelling racial slurs. It's ok to be a racist but once you put your hands on someone, it's assault. Isn't that what you said?

So who's at fault here?

And it seemed to work. Bank of America conducted a investigation and found that Allbritton works for CoreLogic a Bank of America vendor that provides financial profiles to the the larger branch before making mortgage lending decisions.

They released this statement to the Dallas News:

“CoreLogic does not condone violence, discrimination or harassment and takes conduct that is inconsistent with our values and expectations very seriously. As a result of these pending allegations, we have placed the employee in question on administrative leave while further investigations take place.”

Certainly a step in the right direction.

Edit: After a little bit of digging it turns out this may not be the same woman as the one at the party so I'm removing what I said about her.
