Hi everybody,

I just had two questions concerning documents to bring to the AOS interview and as I was looking through other posts, I found some conflicting info. So I'm hoping for a clarification:

Do my sponsor and co-sponsor need to fill out a new I-864? They filled one out to send with the AOS package and that was in September 05 so it should still be valid right? Can I just bring photocopies of the I-864s, 3 year tax returns, and new employment letters?

The second question is about the vaccination supplement: I had my medical done in France by a civil surgeon and all my vaccinations were up to date. I do have a copy of my medical including the vaccination supplement sheet dated end of March, so can I just bring that to the interview?

Thank you all for your input and I wish you the best of luck!

Lau

You dont need to do an updated I-864 unless there has been a major change in your income or assets... just a letter from emoloyer and latest pay stubs are all you need...

Is it a supplement or a Vaccination worksheet? if it is a Worksheet you may want to go see a Civil Sureon and get it put on a Vaccination supplement... then just take your vaccination supplement with you to the interview

Good Luck

Kezzie
