Hello all,

I am filling out the G325A form for my fiance, the question that i have is this:

#1 On G325A it is asking for the last 5 years of an adress. He doesn't remember the exact dates he lived there and not 100% sure of the house number, would that be a problem?

#2 If he had gaps of employement between his jobs and was studying do I just write NONE and write the reason why? Or just simply put down the gap time in between without any explanations?

#3 Then on the bottom it is asking to check whether it is Naturalization form, Satus as Permanent Resident or Other/Specify...Do i just write I9129F ?

#4 On I129F form, the question #15 is asking: Your fiance adress abroad....Is that his current adress? ( it seems like we have to write his adress on the applications many times, repeating the same thing over and over again)

#5 - What happens when the adress and the name doesn't fit in the box, should we use a separate sheet for that or can I abbreviate it?

Also, on G325 the fiance has to sign the form? It says the Signature of Applicant so i wasn't sure since I am the one who will type it in and he'll just sign.

Thank you so much for the replies!

Hello all,

I am filling out the G325A form for my fiance, the question that i have is this:

#1 On G325A it is asking for the last 5 years of an adress. He doesn't remember the exact dates he lived there and not 100% sure of the house number, would that be a problem?

i had the same problem. i put "exact street address unknown" and i attached a sheet explaining why i cannot find it.

#2 If he had gaps of employement between his jobs and was studying do I just write NONE and write the reason why? Or just simply put down the gap time in between without any explanations?

i also had this problem. i put "unemployeed" and put the dates.

#3 Then on the bottom it is asking to check whether it is Naturalization form, Satus as Permanent Resident or Other/Specify...Do i just write I9129F ?

yes. just 1-129f

#4 On I129F form, the question #15 is asking: Your fiance adress abroad....Is that his current adress? ( it seems like we have to write his adress on the applications many times, repeating the same thing over and over again)

yeah, stupid huh? lol

#5 - What happens when the adress and the name doesn't fit in the box, should we use a separate sheet for that or can I abbreviate it?

i also had this problem. i typed all the rest of the form but left that part blank, then hand wrote it in myself so it would fit.

Also, on G325 the fiance has to sign the form? It says the Signature of Applicant so i wasn't sure since I am the one who will type it in and he'll just sign.

i mailed the completed form to him and had him sign it and send it back. if you could have your fiance fill out his forms himself then mail it to you, signed, it would be a whole lot faster and cheaper! it needs to have his signature on it.

Thank you so much for the replies!

Did your SO signed on those form in english or his native language? On some forms it's asking in his native language and on some it just says " signature of applicant"

Just make sure you don't leave any blanks - write N/A if not applicable and you can write "see attached sheet" on the forms and include a supplemental form (just label it).

I don't think it's a problem if you write the street name and no number if you can't remember.

Good luck!

On G325A, it this form ONLY about the fiance or for both of us. I am looking though samples, and it has the same names on both, so i wasn't sure if one is for me and signed by me and the other is for fiance and signed by him or one i fill out on his behalf and sign and one he fills it out and signs. Now that i finally started filling out all the papers i got more and more frustrated.

Thanks
