What's happening no more post...we July filers looking up to june...but there's seems to be no more post common...can someone tell me wats goin on

Same as you :clock: . I tried to call them today and gave me the same information (that they are still working on May 2nd). They also said they have been experiencing lot of cases in the past few weeks.

They are getting their information from the website below. But the problem is that the website says that it was updated on September 30th.

any updates?? i called today and they said one more month that they are still working on may 2n:( im june 26

My NOA 1 is june 30th i heard nothing yet. They always say the same thing :(

*June 29 - PD

*July 2 - NOA 1

*December 2 - NOA 2 Approved

*December 10 - NVC Received

*December 31- Case # & Invoice Over Phone

*January 4 - DS-261 & Paid AOS(120$)

*January 29 - Paid IV(325$)

*February 10 - Sent AOS & IV Documents

*February 16 - SCAN DATE

*March 1 - CASO COMPLETED

*March 9 - Case Complete Email

*March 29 - Interview Sceduled

*April 1- Interview Letter(P4)

*April 19- Husbands Medical

*May 3 - Fingerprints Appointment

*May 10 - Interview Date

APPROVED!!!

*May 13- CEAC Issued

*May 17- Passport Ready for Pick Up

*May 18- Picked Up Passport && Packet

*May 28 - POE JFK

i'm still waiting also mine was received 6/26/15 so i'm hoping any day now:)

Noa 1 was 6/29. still waiting for approval

Guys the May 2nd is a load of garbage, they are reading word for word what the check uscis processing times website says and they did the same for me, they are probably within a week of finishing all of yours because of the holidays it might lag a day or two. just keep checking everyday and it will be there

hopefully we start seeing more approvals:) and they get to our cases! i want the interview now:)

thank you for posting this. i have to agree with you.. they never seem to know whats going on or are able to really give you any kind of answers. just the typical. "you are within processing times" check again in a month

I got an email this morning saying that they received the information they requested from me yesterday and they updated my case on uscis. So I'm just waiting for my approval.

An approval is right around the corner, I say 2 weeks tops!! :)

Tax year 2015 is not required to submit until April filing deadline. You are welcome to use it anytime but not required until then. They would still expect 2014, 2013, 2012 until April 15th 2016.
