Alright guys those who have approved from USCIS i130 stage lets move on to our NVC stage and a forum has already been created please join it so we all can be connected . here is the kink http://www.visajourn...i130-approvals/. Finally we were approved, :goofy::goofy::goofy: just received the email and checked the case online an hour earlier, we were really worried as our NOA1 was on june 10. congratulations to all who got approved and best wishes for those who are waiting. hoping for us all a smooth journey till we're with our loved ones.

I haven't got my RFE letter yet but I'm hoping that I will get it today so that I can give them what they need and move on to the next step.

I wonder if it depends on the person assigned to our cases? I notice a lot of june 10th priority dates approved yesterday and today. I'm hoping ours gets approved soon, still no word, but June 18th and June 22nd has been approved.. we are PR date June 17th.

I'm happy for all of you and hope to join the NVC group soon. I'm hopeful. Congratulations to you all, it's so wonderful to know you guys will be with your loved ones soon. <3

How long does it usually take? Have you tried calling or emailing? I hope you hear something soon.

Nice Cosmos! My RFE was received back by USCIS on October 29th. Still haven't heard anything yet. :(

What was your RFE for? We received our RFE on October 28th from NE. Sent everything back super fast, took almost a week to get to NE. Then 8 days later after they received our case was approved. They just needed passport photos (they must of lost our originals). Your approval is coming anyday now!! :)
