I received a text message and email for our RFE at 11:50pm on Wed. 10/28, both came at the same time. USCIS only works until 6pm est, so text/email notifications were definitley on a delay.

if your nao1 date was in june, and you get an RFE that late, do you get some priority at their office when you send back the evidence?

Just got a notification that someone close to my date updated their timeline. Their NOA1 was June 8th at Nebraska and got approved yesterday! Mine's June 10th - lets gooooooooo!

Mine was june 10 too! I hope we hear so good news soon. Best of luck to all of you in your journey.

Our NOA1 was June 1st. We received our RFE from Nebraska service center 4 days before our 5 month mark. The RFE was for passport pictures of me and my husband (which we sent in our original paperwork). We just responded to our RFE and mailed new passport photos today, so hopefully they recieve everything they need in the next few days. Not sure how long it will take for an approval after they receive them, crossing fingers it is not long and we have no more delays so we can move on to NVC!
