Thank you Ditdot! :) All the support I hear from these groups helps so much! I have to look at this in a positive, get our RFE letter, send them their request and get the approval we are so hoping for hopfully a few weeks later! :) In 4 hours I will see my husband and I am going to just focus on that and our quick four days of fun together. I will worry about our RFE next week once we receive our letter. This visit will be the recharge I need to continue to fight for our love and take on this RFE.

Hi Cosmos !

Any news from your RFE ??

In 3 days it will be 5 months for us !!

I know I been watching very hard and it seems 4 and a 1/2 months to 5 and 1/2 months is the norm.

So June filers as you say it's on.

I would say 6/1 thru 6/1thru0 should hear this week.

Me 6/1 thru0 I am expecting next week. So ready.

Come on Nebraska.

No news yet! They mailed it on the 28th of October, so hopefully sometime this week I should receive the letter and know exactly what the hell they need. My husband and I are so bummed, but are trying not to freak out to much until we know what we are dealing with. I hope you all get an approval soon! And I hope this RFE doesn't delay our case in a major way.

I'm sure they just want some picture of how happy you are every day, in front of the computer, checking on uscis.gov and visajourney.com !

So:

- one picture in front of the computer with USCIS.GOV in the screen,

- one in front of visajourney.com

- one with you passeport in the hand

- maybe another one with an American flag in the hand

- one eating a hamburger drinking a coke

I'm sure that is what they are expecting !!

Hahah that's hysterical! Actually here's an update:

Just checked my maile and received our RFE letter. They are asking for passport photos of me and my husband, which we sent along with our original paperwork!! Ironically I told my husband to bring two with him when he just visited for NVC, so I have his and will just use those for our RFE. I hope once USCIS receives those an approval will be right around the corner. Would you guys include any other "proof" of relationship with those photos even if they didn't ask for any? Like my year long phone logs I forgot to originally send? Not sure if I should even go there or just send them exactly what they asked for, just passport photos. I can't tell my hubby yet as he is traveling today back to Canada, so I will have to share the news with him tonight, but I am super happy it is just a request for that. :)

I wouldn't add a thing. You can add to your IV package at NVC. You re going through Canada ad pretty evidence low there. Glad it was something simple. But what did they do with the pics? Well hurry you will have approval in a week. YAY
