Hey guys, I just spoke with USCIS and they said the website is accurate. It was updated on the 15th October and will be updated on the 15th of each month.

TSC is only processing March 25 so basically I have lost all hope now.

I called NSC and they said the same thing everything gets updated on the 15th of each month and there processing April 02, 2015. I was hoping to hear an approval next week..dang they need to hurry up :(

Guys! guys! it's not even June yet ... remember that we faced something like this back in July when NSC stated January 2014 as their current processing date(instead of the 5 months) while at that time February filers on this forum were getting their approvals?? They are backlogged yes but they are not far behind. Cosmos and I are late May Filers but got our NOA1 (PD) date as June 1st. We go to the May filers thread and have witnessed that they are getting approved! They ARE touching May Cases - evidence here on VJ!

Yes I'm checking the site non stop these days and guess what? Petitions/ Case (numbers) that are close to mine meaning received on the same day - June 1st are getting approved! They are going through them and I tell ya there are sooo many BUT they WILL get to us soon!

Ok so here is an update. I got woken up at 12:30am to a text message that we received an RFE and they mailed it out! :( Not sure for what as we sent them so much "proof". I guess we have to wait for the actual letter in the mail for that. But I guess good news is someone is looking at our case and our NOA1 is June 1st. So hopefully our RFE is something so minor and our case will resume and get approved ASAP after they recieve what they need. We are beyond bummed. I can't even tell my husband right now, as he is traveling to see me today. I will have to wait 6 more hours to tell him in person. :) Please wish us luck and send us all the positive vibes you can that this is just a small blip and nothing major! And good news to all of you, they are definitely not working on April cases.

First of all Congrats on hearing from them esp before your PD! While waiting look at what you've sent and look to see if you can add any other info. All you can do now is wait for the RFE hardcopy to know what exactly they have requested.

We didn't send in any extra info- I mean SERIOUSLY just 2 affidavits and that's it...no pics or whatever. We have 3 case numbers, one for me and the the other two #s for my twins so to be honest I am expecting RFEs for the 3 cases. I am concerned that we most likely will get a RFE but wish we got it sooner so we can get the cases moving. You have the opportunity to do this NOW so think positive* What they ask for is not out of the ordinary plus your husbands gonna be there! What they really want is face time evidence and you have no problem with that. Don't be surprised if the RFE is for something you've already sent ... they do that sometimes (because whatever that they want either was misplaced or lost or not in the correct format etc). So cheer up and as much as we believe in our individual cases we believe in others too. Positive vibes to you Cosmos!

Thank you Ditdot! :) All the support I hear from these groups helps so much! I have to look at this in a positive, get our RFE letter, send them their request and get the approval we are so hoping for hopfully a few weeks later! :) In 4 hours I will see my husband and I am going to just focus on that and our quick four days of fun together. I will worry about our RFE next week once we receive our letter. This visit will be the recharge I need to continue to fight for our love and take on this RFE.

Quick update from me -- my petition was approved yesterday! Now starts the fun part waiting on NVC.

Goes to show the USCIS site is not accurate at all. June filer, it's our turn now! Good luck.!
